Your spirit shines through your music. My son is a Jazz Performance major on guitar at Rowan University and saw you recently at the Tin Angel and was blown away..especially because Jim R. is on staff at Rowan..
BTW I tried your signature Gibson (custom) recently..Gibson did a GREAT job and the compound radius neck is a joy.
PEACE

What a great influince on the American jazz guitar!
Your unique, complex, dark and often copied style of jazz is really moving...we've lost a lot of really good musicians to hoaky commercial ideas, but you prove that your music speaks for itself.

Dear Mr. Martino, I am listening to Baiyina (the clear evidence) as I write this. Everytime I listen to this recording, it blows my mind. I am a big fan of yours, and I try to be as creative as you, only I play the cello, so it's a lot different. I wish you well, Mr. Martino.
Sincerely,
Jeremy Robert Furbish

I like the new look of your website, and welcome more
current information. I always get inspired (musically and
daily living), when I come in contact with your music, as
well as your personality. There are a handful of individuals
throughout history who have had a profound positive impact
on many people...Pat, you are in that legion! Best wishes,
and thanks for being you.

Greetings, I received your book "Linear Expressions", and although I am somewhat "new" to theory, it has opened up my mind to a some exciting technique's. This book has given me insight into an aspect of your playing, and because you are one of my favorite musicians, it means a lot to see into a part of your playing. Thank you.

Hello, Mr Martino;
I am pleased to be able to communicate with you via this medium. Doing so, collectively, with your music has been a valuable asset to me and an inspiration. I have a fellow employee/friend with whom I have shared your life. He was once, as well, a guitarist. But a tragic accident almost cost him his life. He was told he would never walk again but has run several Marathon's and continues to run ~5 miles a day. But he has never picked up that guitar, though! So I have introduced him to your story hoping for another miracle. Thanks for your genuine and personable literature and instructions, even at 48 I am still learning and teaching. Again, Thanks for your spirit...

Jane and I just wanted to send continued peace and blessings
+ say thanks for the Saturday night (at) Chris's!!! You, Master, usually so potent in understatement, showed us what

for speaking the higher language with you. Hope to see you soon. Please give our hellos to Ayoko and e-mail us about dinner. **
