Pat, I wanted to thank you for your contributions of the rather atonal side of improvisation. I feel challenged to develop my ear and my theory skills, that I might also be able to contribute as you have.

Hi Pat, The reissue of "We'll Be Together Again" is just magnificent! I've been waiting for this recording to become available on CD for years. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the remastering captures the wonderful warmth and fullness of your guitar sound on that album. Congratulations and best wishes, Tim

I hope that someday you'll come to Cincinnati or Dayton so that I can see you preform in person. Untill then, I'll have to settle for your recordings.

Pat, you've always been an inspiration to me. I've been a fan of your music since 1975. In 1985 I had to begin to recover from a stroke in order to be able to play guitar again. I've thought of you often.

dr. Martino, i just stumbled on your website after the radio station i work at (oregon public broadcasting radio) got a copy of the reissue (at last!) of we'll be together again (which hits the airwaves tonight, by the way). i was even more delighted to learn that starbright/joyous lake will be reissued in the near future. i can see through my vinyl copy of starbright, making it impossible to use on the air, and somebody "borrowed" my copy of joyous lake in a previous lifetime, making it similarly unusable on the air. i can't tell you how many times in the last decade i've wished i could air tracks from joyous lake on my various radio programs, so i can't wait for this reissue. and i can only hope that your recent "reunion" gigs with messrs. goldstein, ferguson, and brown were recorded with an eye towards future release. thanks for all the great music, and please tell sr. goldstein to hurry up and get "the world accordion to gil" released! best wishes, s.

Pat,I've loved your music since a friend first played me a tape of 'Joyous Lake' back in the early 80's. I'm looking forward to getting the C.D. when it's released next year (at last)! Also 'Starbright' which is another classic. Do you have any plans to visit the U.K. at any time?

I want the small solid body with a hollowbody sound. I was wondering i f that would be a good choice. also, do you have any tips on going to music school? I'm going to berklee in the fall.
