Pat it has been a real pleasure to enjoy your recordings,
El Hombre is one of my favorite jazz records of all time,
and your workbooks. The lines in them sound so nice and
really simplify playing over a variety of changes. I hope
you come to San Diego someday...we love to hear you live.

Dear Mr. Martino,
I am not a guitar player, though that does not mean that I do no admire what you have done for The Music and STILL are. You got some soul, man! I don't know if you will ever see or hear of this letter, but I owed it to you to try. At one time I w
as going to hang up my horns and become a paper pusher. I then read an article in Down Beat about how you triumphed over amnesia and an operation that left you with the absence of you gutiar knowlegde. You, over time, made an acsent back to where you wer
e and pushed onward. This filled me with inspiration, and helped me convince myself that I must proceed, for me, for The Music. You will probably never read this but I felt it need to be said nevertheless. Thank you, and God bless.

Pat, I am also interested in Joyous Lake, as well as any
of the other out-of-print albums. I have Joyous Lake on
vinyl, but it is scratched and worn from years of use. Do
you have any new info or release dates for any of these?
Also, I am enjoying all of you recent videos (Creative Force,
Quantum Guitar) immensely. Thanks for everything!
